TERMS OF BUSINESS: Music Videos

 

CONFIRMATION

To confirm your booking; please call or email us to see if the date that you require is still available. There will be a £100.00 booking fee which is non refundable. Your remaining  balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your Music Video date.

 

CANCELATION OF BOOKING

If you the customer cancel your booking at a later date your booking fee will be non-refundable . Bookings cancelled within three weeks of the recording of your music video will be payable in full.

 

LIMIT OF OUR LIABILITY

We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances, which are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for and radio signal losses, battery failures, equipment failure and or material defects, which are beyond our control. Any refunds for the EVENT will be limited to no more than the original sums involved. In the unlikely event of a total video failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 

AUDIO

You will supply the audio track that will go along with the music before the recording of the music video. BLG Video & Audio Productions will not be responsible for poor audio tracks that where recorded somewhere else. We are more than happy to recommed a recording studio for you to record your track if your a band, for solo artists we can record in my home studio.

 

COPYRIGHT

BLG Video & Audio Productions holds the copyright to all footage and audio that was recorded by use, and may show extracts for demonstration purposes.

 

SPECIAL NOTE

Please remember that the filming of your Music Video is subject to approval from who ever owns the land or property
