TERMS OF BUSINESS: FUNCTIONS

 

CONFIRMATION

To confirm your booking; please call or email us to see if the date that you require is still available. There will be a £50.00 booking fee which is non refundable, the remainder of Your balance will be due four weeks prior to your Christening / Baptism / Kids party / Event.

 

CANCELATION OF BOOKING

If you the customer cancel your booking at a later date your booking fee will be non-refundable. Bookings cancelled within three weeks of the Christening / Baptism / Kids party or Event will be payable in full.

 

LIMIT OF OUR LIABILITY

We will not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances, which are beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable for and radio signal losses, battery failures, equipment failure and or material defects, which are beyond our control. Any refunds for the EVENT will be limited to no more than the original sums involved. In the unlikely event of a total video failure or cancellation of this contract by either party or in any other circumstance the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the total value of the contract. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

 

AUDIO

We will make every effort to ensure that the audio in the Christening / Baptism / Kids party and Events are of a high quality, however we cannot be held responsible for PA systems in Venues that are to loud.

SPECIAL NOTE

Please remember that the filming of your Christening / Baptism / Kids party is subject to approval from your Minister/Priest/Venue
